Thinking back ive always been a fan of comedy i have always been fucking with people telling jokes taking in all forms of comedy . All been said i would never imagine i would do stand up comedy and actually get laughs outta people . The first time i ever thought of doing stand up was a few years ago after seeing joey diaz and the words and how he per-viced things and presented his bit on stage i thought that same way then that thought faded for moment but i got alot more into the comedy scene especially the stand up part if it all .
So lets fast forward to last September ive been writing like crazy jokes been trying them on my friends people at bars coworkers etc. to feel out my stuff it was dirty like real dirty girls in wheelchairs drug abuse ass eating like dark humor even to a disturbed person like myself .So going in front of people on stage wasnt even a thought the horror of getting booed off stage getting my mic pulled people just generally thinking im alot worse of people then i really am was gut wrenching . So one evening i was in a friends basement going off about something chirping some friends not even using any of those bits or a single thing i have written down not even trying to be funny. The whole room was in stitches and my then someone spoke up and said have you ever thought of doing stand up comedy and this point i have never told anyone that i wanted to do stand up or writing jokes or anything like that!! So if there was a sign it was that so i looked into where i could try it an open mic anything .
Yet still i didn't know what i was going to say if i even did i was a dog chasing a car i would know what to do even if i caught the car if that makes any sense . So couple months go by i write and write til one evening at a bar they had karaoke going on then dj says if anyone wants to come up do a song poetry rap tell some jokes feel free so i look at my buddies and there like what are you doing and im like stand up they are thrown off i go up at eat a bag of dicks im so fast they cant even hear me my jokes were terrible i swore every other word but hey at least i did it got the first time out of the way i went on a stage a few times after that . By April i was going to the comedy club and sitting in the back to scared to sign up for the pro am open mic by June i committed and signed up for July 4th .
So i had a whole routine i was planning to do i invited like 25 people to come i was a nervous wreck didn't drink much before ive learned that before went up a from what everyone told me i crushed it heres the link let me know what you think i will still try and get up where i can it was fucking rush like no other like a crazy high i had half a stiffy going sweating threw up after the fact hahahaah but hey lets get it
